• Managing routine and event-based secretarial compliance under the Companies Act, 2013.
• Preparing and maintaining statutory registers, resolutions, and meeting documentation.
• Advising Boards on fiduciary duties, reporting obligations, and governance standards.
• Supporting corporate restructuring, capital reclassification, and governance harmonisation aligned with potential fundraising, listing, or investor participation.
• MSME / Udyam registration, DPIIT start-up recognition, and allied early-stage registrations.
